This 2023 Remember that Profitability is a Process

How do you feel starting in 2023? Why are you excited to grow your business? Do you believe that you can take a deep breath and be okay with growth?

Starting or running a profitable business requires dedication and hard work, but it doesn't have to be boring! It can be an exciting process, full of creative problem-solving and strategic planning. Rather than thinking of profitability as a stationary goal, envision it as a process that builds upon itself in your business. Use this time at the beginning of the year to really define what profitability means to you, create goals for your company's advancement, and devise simple steps for these goals to reach fruition. With an eye toward profitability in 2023, let's start the journey today!

That feeling of having a lot of things going on into your brain but there's not a lot of action. It mentally exhausts you but then there’s no output?If you have been here, I have steps to overcome this!

[05:33] The first way is to journal, journal your thoughts. And when I say that, I mean, dump all of the crap in your head on a piece of paper and keep writing until you stop.

[09:04 ] I find one of the best ways to do this is box breathing. Box breathing works is that you are going to inhale for four counts. Hold it for two counts, exhale for four counts. Hold it for two, inhale for four counts.

[11:02] Determine what your next move or activities should be. Find someone to assist you in evaluating your situation and determining the measures to take.
