In this episode, I'm going to ask you some questions and hope you can reflect on these pointed, and ass kicky reflection guides to help you boss up this year. Use these guide questions so that you step into those CEO shoes. Don't waste this year. Do the work, and learn the things you need to know. Get confident and get the job done!

[02:32] Ask this question, too: Why are you doing everything? And honestly, anything but that work. What is it? What comes to mind first when you hear that? Is it a lack of knowledge? Is it a lack of understanding? Is it fear?

[04:46] I was hoping you could find and acknowledge all those things in your business, then plan how you will deal with these things and put them on the list.
