End the Year By Writing A Love Letter To Your Business

Regardless of the results that you're getting, you need to listen and write a letter to your business.

Entrepreneurship is hard. You spend a lot of time and a lot of effort, and a lot of blood, sweat, and tears in your business. And if it feels like it becomes a job, if it feels hard, if it feels like there's no value you get back, that becomes hard to motivate yourself. There's no boss saying, "Hey, you need to get this and this and this done by this date. " And if you can't find it in yourself to drive that forward, you will struggle, you will work, and you will see that evidence in your revenue reporting.

So there are two practices I personally do and share with my clients regularly that make all the difference in whether or not you love your business.

In this episode, I want you to start looking for all the places where you were doing amazing and write them down. We all have gone through years or months where it doesn't feel like we're accomplishing what we want; performing business is hard, and being an entrepreneur is hard. And if we don't give ourselves some support and some love on the hard days, it is easier to quit. And I can guarantee you will be successful in your business if you don't quit, so from the wins you wrote, gather all the many tools you have earned to achieve those wins and put them in your toolbox, so you will be prepared to face the upcoming challenges.
