Every year, we begin with a vision and goals, but now that we're halfway through 2022, I'd like you to take a look back and assess your success. Examine the peaks and valleys, the wins and losses. Believe me when I say that you will celebrate and learn just how to create greater results for the rest of the year.

In this episode, I invite you to participate in a simple exercise I use with my clients by reevaluating your life and business situation. To help you get started, I've included a link above. Reflect backward and evaluate what worked and didn't work in your business, where you need to see changes and acknowledge the wins you've accomplished over the last timeframe.

Remember that this exercise will help you become more mindful of your situation, broaden your mind, and identify the best approach. Deep dive into questions such as: Which of these accomplishments are you most proud of? Is it because it was difficult? What do you need to change? What should you be concentrating on? What must you leave behind, among other things.

I promise you the value of doing this evaluation, and you will be amazed by the results just by taking a deeper look at that.

[03:50] So you now have had six months of the year, and you started with a bang, and things are going fantastic, and it is time to reflect and make sure that the actions you're taking are the goals you'd set out.

[07:20 ] Which one of these accomplishments that you've come up with are you most proud of? Why? Is it because it was hard? It was so challenging to accomplish that. Is it because you didn't think it was even possible? What does it look like for you? I want you to dig into this. Where did you find it? What are the failures that you've seen this year?

[08:02] What habits will support you or overcome those challenges, those life circumstances? What do things need to be on the road for you? Remember that there is something in your business that you know happens when it happens.
