Here's how you can easily scale up your business

Delegation will help you scale, and you probably need to do this sooner rather than later. My goal for you is to scale up your business and make more profit with at least equal if not less time. I want you to avoid scenarios that will let you work late nights or early mornings at your desk trying to do the admin stuff when you need to meet clients face to face. Don't leave behind the lead generation part of your business; it makes you disconnected from other people, and you will not have progress in your business.

You have to reevaluate your system, and the only answer to those things is delegation. You need to find the RIGHT people to help you. How to start? Ask the people you know, your centers of influence, the people around you, who they know, who they know is fantastic, and get in touch with those people. Maybe they'd be a great fit. Perhaps they know other people in their industry who are looking for work.

I encourage you to hire or outsource before you become desperate in your business. If you want to scale up your business, you need to have all the pieces of tracking, evaluating, and hiring good people. I know it sounds like another work, but it takes your time in the hiring process to walk away with amazing people that you're comfortable with and who can help you get your job done.

[03:50] The number one thing I think is the way to start this is I want you to take the time to list everything that gets done in your business. I want you to circle the things that only you can do. You are the only person that you wish to do that

Hence, you realize upon reflection that there is a lot of stuff you could clear off your plate and allow you to do more of what you love, which will enable you to be in front of more eyeballs and make more money in your business.

[10:23] There is some investment made in training people and the time it takes to do so. It is rare that if you hire employees, they will come in and be able to do things at the pace you're anticipating immediately.
