Why 24/7 is not profitable

Is it necessary for you to be the person who does everything? No, I don't believe so.

Every entrepreneur aspires to start a business because they want to make more money and have more spare time, or at the absolute least, more control over their schedule. The majority of entrepreneurs have managed to work longer hours, earn less money, and clearly have not completed those two jobs when they first started their company.

In this episode, I'll explain why delegation is so necessary, and I'll guide you through some of the questions you should ask yourself before delegating because it'll help you expand your business smoothly.

Aside from the significant advantages of delegation, such as freeing up time and removing things from your plate, delegating moulds you to have that crucial mindset of leadership as an entrepreneur. Because there's a big difference between being good at your work and being the boss.

Once you've listened, take some time to evaluate what else is available to help you solve your concerns, and then make a decision.

In this episode, listen for:

  • Examine your own well-being and head space as a business owner. Are you exhausted? Do you feel like you're working too much but not getting paid enough?
  • Duties that are profitable and that you believe are important vs. tasks that can be handled by someone else.
  • If you've reached the point in your business when you need to hire because you're in a panic mode due to overwhelming tasks.

[06:50] Make a list of the things you do in a day, a week, and a month. Determine the task for which you require assistance. Stick to the things you enjoy and delegate the tasks that you no longer find satisfying.
