Sometimes that means it's just not a good fit, and sometimes they need reassurance that this group coaching will solve their problem. It would help if you got comfortable having those conversations and determining which one is for each situation. Suppose it's a good fit, great! If not, you've helped someone by disqualifying them quickly so they can continue their search elsewhere. The faster you get comfortable with this part of the sales process, the more success you'll have in making sales overall.
