Loose the Mom/Work Chaos

Kids + School + Business + Chores and Mom Duties, isn’t crazy? I know it’s too much but I am here to lay down steps to handle it gracefully and smoothly.

As a mom, if we succeed in life and business, it will have a ripple effect on our surroundings, meaning our kids, family, partners, and friends. But the journey towards success isn’t easy, especially with us moms. So the first thing I suggest that we all do in starting this incredible journey is to be kind to ourselves and make a plan. After all, we are all building businesses to create lives.

In this episode, I have shared ten steps to make a difference in your business and life. Points can help you manage the overwhelm and systemize your day-to-day operation as a mom and as a boss of your business. Map out your calendar, be flexible, and know your rhythm. Remember that you are all doing these things for your future self, and remember that your kids want to see you happy.

[19:18] Let go of the mom's guilt. We don't have to feel guilty because we're working in our business to support our families and so aren't able to do everything. Moms can do everything but we are not superhumans and we have limitations.
