Keep Your Eyes On Your Own Paper
Remember when you were told not to peek at someone else’s paper in grade school? Well, it goes hand in hand with your business too! You’ll never learn or grow into your own, ultimate version of success if you keep doing what everyone else is doing. You already have this innate brilliance within you; all you have to do is let it shine.
Others want to hire you for who you are; quit pretending to be someone else. Often, people become sidetracked by doing “research” and browsing through a competitor’s IG or signing up for their masterclass, but this behavior destroys your own creativity and makes you think you should be doing what they are doing. You’re peering over at their paper, attempting to identify their “hack” to success, but it’s only distracting you from your own goals. Dive deep into your identity and choose what’s best for your business and do what’s in alignment with your lifestyle goals.
I’d like to help you move past any sense of guilt you’re experiencing and provide a means to evaluate how you may improve your business going forward. Others don’t hire you because of the product or service you provide; rather, they choose you because they have faith in you as a person and feel you can assist them in achieving their goals or addressing their problems.
Self-trust, self-belief, and a willingness to let go of the need to be like everyone else are all necessary for professional success. Be your unique self and you’ll attract the perfect clients to your business.
