Joining a group coaching program can provide some significant wins for you as a business owner. Firstly, it's a great way to build community and engage with other like-minded people. This can be invaluable in getting new perspectives on problems and feeling less alone in the entrepreneurial journey. Secondly, group programs can give you insights into how other businesses operate, which can be helpful in terms of benchmarking your own business. And finally, group coaching can hold you accountable for taking action and making progress in your business - something that can be difficult to do when working alone.

I'm a big fan of collaboration, and I'm always happy to share my knowledge and expertise in whatever helpful way. But for me, the motivation and inspiration from competition drive me to take action. When things feel hard, being part of a group and knowing that other people are vested in your success is incredibly supportive. I've started She Collective Profit School - a group coaching program for women entrepreneurs. With the help of my fellow group members, I know we can achieve great things!

It allows you to get a little picture of what they're doing, how they're doing it, and that, as we know, entrepreneurship can feel very lonely.

[09;07;06] In my experience, joining group coaching is about the relationships and networking I was able to do within the group program. So when I say networking, sometimes we hear the words like pitching or selling.

[00;13;03;08] As a solo entrepreneur, I appreciate group coaching more when things feel hard; you will find companionship, motivation, and inspiration to keep going. You will be in a situation where people are vested in your success beyond just you.
